Third-Party Booking Platform
Our Website allows you to request and book appointments through Jane App, a third-party practice management and scheduling platform operated by Jane Software Inc.
When you book an appointment using Jane App, any personal information you submit, including your name, authentication credentials (user ID, email, or password), contact information, appointment details, health information, or payment information, is collected, stored, and processed by Jane App and not directly through our Website.
Jane App operates independently from us and maintains its own terms of use, privacy policy, and security practices and data handling procedures. Your use of Jane App is governed solely by Jane App’s applicable terms and policies, and we encourage you to review them carefully before submitting any information. We do not control Jane App’s systems and are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, availability, or security of Jane App or any other third-party platform.
Intellectual Property Rights and Ownership
You understand and agree that our Website and its entire contents, features, functionality and intellectual property, are owned by The Physio Studio, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected in all forms by intellectual property laws including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and any other proprietary rights.
You may only use our Website, its material and our products or services for your personal and non-commercial use. Entire Agreement
