Alex brings over 12 years of experience as a Strength Coach and more than 9 years as a Fascial Stretch Therapist. His approach is rooted in helping clients feel strong, mobile, and ready for whatever life throws their way.
Alex believes exercise doesn’t have to feel boring or intimidating. With the right guidance, movement can become an enjoyable and sustainable part of your daily or weekly routine. Whether you’re building strength, improving flexibility, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to move better, Alex works with clients to create practical, personalized plans that support long-term health and performance.
Outside of the clinic, Alex enjoys baseball, playing guitar, going to concerts, hiking, and spending time outdoors.
